1.How do I contact the seller for any questions?
ANS: Kindly direct all questions to my email starzz_corner@yahoo.com.sg or leave a comment at the tagboard and I will reply you ASAP.
2.Are the items sold new?
ANS: Please rest assured that ALL items are BRAND NEW and UNUSED unless otherwise stated.
3.How do I make my purchase?
ANS: You can send an email to me at starzz_corner@yahoo.com.sg, please include the name of the item you wish to purchase and it will be best if you could include your handphone number for faster deals. However, should anyone leave their handphone number in the comments section, I will not be responsible.
4.How do I make payment?
ANS: Payment can be made either through POSB/DBS funds transfer or to send cash through mail. However I will not be responsible for the loss, if cash is lost during the transaction.
5.How do I receive my item?
ANS: After payment is made, you will need to email me your mailing address and item will be mailed to you either through normal mail or through registered mail. Meet-ups will be avoided as much as possible.
6.Can I request for any modification?
ANS: Yes. You may request for modification and I will do my best to accomodate to your requests. However, it will depend on the availability of materials. Please note that charges may be imposed should there be any differences in cost.
7.What are the modifications I can make?
ANS: Modifications include: Length, Colour code, Additional Beads, Changing of earring hooks. Other modifications will be made if it is within my means.
8.Is the price negotiable?
ANS: Sorry to say, all prices are fixed and have been adjusted to be affordable.
9.What should I do if I receive defective goods?
ANS: Once goods are sent out, I will not be responsible for any loss or damage. However, if damage is in the form of missing hook, missing beads or damaged metal frames, I will try my best to replace it for you. However, it all depends on the availability of the materials.
